ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:
Charlotte Henson is an Integrative Art Psychotherapist. ( MA. HCPC. UKCP. ), creative workshop facilitator, and Neurodivergent Specialist (mentor & consultant). Experience includes working with NHS, nonprofit organisations, University of the Arts London, and her own Private Practise, supporting neurodivergent individuals.
As a neurodivergent professional (ADHD, Dyslexia and Dysgraphia), Charlotte brings lived insight, authenticity and deep compassion to her work — creating spaces for neurodivergent people to feel seen, valued and inspired. She is driven to inspire others to embrace their strengths and move beyond the stigmatising, limiting beliefs associated with their neurodivergent processing. Her work supports people in reframing these narratives so they can step into a more empowering and self-affirming sense of identity.
