About the event
Asking what a better world demands of us, and how we might imagine it into being, the Autumn 2025 issue of the Jhalak Review features contributions from Monisha Rajesh, Hiba Noor Khan, Musa Okwonga and more.
Join Guy Gunaratne for an evening of celebration and interrogation into how the past illuminates the paths ahead.
Guy Gunaratne is a British novelist, playwright and contemporary artist. Winner of the Dylan Thomas Prize, Jhalak Prize and longlisted for the Booker and Goldsmith’s Prize.
This event will take place right next door to Bàrd Books at St Barnabas Church. Ticket holders will receive a "hot-off-the-press" copy of the Autumn 2025 Jhalak Review. Doors 7pm, event due to start at 730. A bar is available, as well as as a selection of books to sell.
